Block Drop

How to Play:

• Use arrow keys to move and rotate falling pieces
• Complete horizontal lines to clear them
• Clear multiple lines at once for bonus points
• Game ends when pieces stack to the top

Controls:

• Left Arrow: Move piece left
• Right Arrow: Move piece right
• Down Arrow: Soft drop (move down faster)
• Up Arrow: Rotate piece clockwise
• Spacebar: Hard drop (instant placement)
• P: Pause game

Scoring System:

• 1 line: 100 × level points
• 2 lines: 300 × level points
• 3 lines: 500 × level points
• 4 lines (Tetris): 800 × level points
• Hard drop: 2 bonus points per row

Level Progression:

• Level increases every 10 lines cleared
• Higher levels = faster falling speed
• More points earned per line at higher levels

Tips:

• Keep the stack as flat as possible
• Save space for the I-piece to clear 4 lines
• Use the ghost piece to see where blocks will land
• Plan several pieces ahead using the next piece preview
• Don't rush - think strategically
